DESCRIPTION
Hosokawa/Mikro Mikro-Atomizer air classifying mill for grinding heat sensitive and extremely cohesive material. Atomizer passes a high volume of air (6,000 cfm) through the grinding chamber to keep the temperature down for low melting point products. This unit is a model 8MA and it is constructed of Ni-Resist (high nickel content). Serial number 70B184. Atomizer is equipped with stirrup hammers and screw feed and is driven by a 75 hp 230/460 vac 3 phase main motor and a 1 hp 208-230/460 vac 3 phase feeder motor. Mounted on a carbon steel channel base. A spare rotor may be available at additional cost. Good condition.
