DESCRIPTION
750 gallon reactor built by D & W Welding & Fab. Co. Reactor is constructed of stainless steel, has a National Board # 521, dish top/bottom, dimple jacket, and internal 1.5" coils 2/3 up to top. Reactor has lug mounts for mezzanine and top center mount 5 hp tagged for hazardous locations turbine type agitator with 2 sets of blades. Jacket is rated at 150 psi @ 350° F. Shell is rated at 75 psi & full vacuum @ 350° F. Mfg serial number 5102. The bottom of the reactor has (1) 3 " center drain and a 3/4" thermowell. The top has (1) 12" x 18" manway, (5) 2" flanged inlets, (2) 4" flanged inlets, (1) 3" flanged inlet, (1) 1.5" flanged inlet. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Was built in 1971. Fair condition. |
