DESCRIPTION
Heat and Control continuous potato chip fryer with oil heater. Steel wire mesh belt driven continuous fryer with 176" long x 33" wide and 8.5" deep carbon steel frying vat. Equipped with wire mesh hold downbelt (actual cooking area is 140" long). Stainless steel structure sheeting on carbon steel frame. Hood is stainless steel. Has a hood lifting system for easy cleaning. Has 4 fire suppression bells mounted to hood. Driven by .75 hp 90 vdc motor. It is equipped with a gas fired hot oil heater. Sorry all tags are removed, do not have a model or serial number on either piece (we can not verify that it is actually manufactured by Heat and Control). Overall dimensions are 17.5' long x 4' wide and 8' high |
